BBC Manchesterhome

This impressive building in Manchester city centre is the home of BBC Radio and Television in the North West. It covers a large area and contains radio and TV studios plus administrative and technical areas.

The BBC Broadcasting House in Oxford Road is the regional headquarters for the corporation and produces many local programmes here, including the local magazine programme, "Look North", many childrens' television programmes and "Top of the Pops", as well as being the base for GMR Local Radio.

This is the main public entrance off Oxford Road.
