The Hartland transmitter stands on the edge of the small village of Hartland on the coast of North Devon. It was photographed during a very wet family holiday in July 2008. The transmitter carries analogue transmissions from BBC, ITV and Channel 4. The analogue signals are received from the Caradon Hill main station and will be switched off in August 2009. Following switch over the station will receive its signals from Huntshaw Cross and will transmit 3 multiplexes.
