I think the guy in this ad is Bill Bellis himself. He now owns the CW/Revcore and Hutchins names. Rumour has it that he is planning to build one new Hutch frame called a Pro Star Eleite. He is still racing in Louisville in the 35-39 class on a Revcore Cruiser.
