Q: Can delivery and/or collection of work be arranged?
A: Yes, in the Bromley/Orpington area for a small charge, otherwise fax or e-mail can be utilised.

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum amount of work that will be undertaken?
A: No. Any project, whether large or small, will be considered and
there is no minimum charge levied.

Q: What methods of payment are available?
A: Cheque or cash. An invoice will be provided and is payable on presentation.

Q: How can I be sure of client confidentiality and safeguarding of my work?
A: All work is handled with the utmost confidentiality and discretion and any potential conflicts of interest will be
notified to a client. Frequent back-ups are made onto CD and a Zone Alarm
firewall is also utilised.

Q: What media are used?
A: Work can either be sent by e-mail, fax, CD or hard copy.
