| Employment Details |
June '96 - Present Technical Project Manager - I joined Granta Design from University as a Materials Engineer to work on development of a Ceramics Database for the 'Cambridge Materials Selector' software. I went on to manage the database team, with a responsibility to co-ordinate the future development of Granta's materials databases. I developed skills in programmatically manipulating the databases, which lead to a period in the Software team writing C++. This left me with experience in all technical aspects of Granta Design's PC and Web based solutions, which led in turn to my current role managing all customer facing customisation and development projects.
