HOW TO ORDER
If you see a bear you like on the Bears at Alice's please contact them directly - details on the bottom of the Alice's page and they will take payment and arrange to send the bear to you. If he is at the Bear It In Mind shop you can call them direct to make sure he is available and they will let you know the cost and if they will post to you directly (if not give me a ring and I'll collect the bear and post it to you). If you are a regular customer of mine please contact me first.
UK Delivery
I try to send all my bears by Guaranteed delivery - max cost £25 for 10 kgs. If you are buying in "bulk" - i.e. over 10kgs then I prefer to use Parcel Force 48 I will advise the cost on application. Costly but secure! For smaller bears I will, if you are happy to, use recorded delivery but will not send parcels by standard parcel rate unless requested by the buyer and will not be held responsible for any goods which go astray when using this method.
Collection from my home can be arranged if you are in the area but if paying by cheque I would need to receive the cheque 5 days prior to collection to allow for bank clearance (I would prefer cash on collection).
UK Payment
I accept Paypal, Postal Order, cheque or cash (by guaranteed post only) and will despatch upon clearance of cheques.
Overseas Orders
Please email me your interest and I will confirm straight away and reserve the bear for you whilst we agree postage costs.
Delivery will be by Courier or Parcelforce (signed for) whichever we find is the most cost effective and safe.
I can only accept payment from my overseas customers by Paypal - I do not charge a surcharge for this service.
Other Notes
Layaway service is available - pay over 3 or 4 months - please send postdated cheque with order including postage.
