- According to Mrs Woods may have lived at Sittingbourne in Kent and had 8 children.
Bill, William Beebe, in Australia, gave Betty a list of his brothers and sisters names and among them was Liz not Elizabeth this suggests that in the family she was known as Liz.
The 1891 census shows a daughter "Ellen" age 7 (b abt 1884) and I assume this is Elizabeth but it also shows an Elizabeth age 2 (b abt 1889) - very confusing.
