You can change your username or password via the ntlworld website at http://www.ntlworld.com/account/password.htm Please note that changing your login username will also change your primary email address and your webspace address. Once you have changed your username or password on our servers, you will need to update the Gearbox Connection Kit with your new details. To do this, follow the steps below: (WINDOWS) 1. Double click 'My Computer'. 2. Double click 'Internet Connections'. 3. Right click the ntlworld icon and select 'properties'. 4. Under the 'Account' tab, enter your new username and password. 5. Click on the diamond at the top-right hand corner 6. Click on the 'Email' tab 7. Enter your new username, password and email address. (MAC) 1. Open Gearbox in the usual way, or open the Gearbox preferences file located in: 'Hard Disk' > 'System Folder' > 'Preferences' > 'Gearbox SP Preferences'. 2. Click 'Manage' then 'Edit Active Set'. (Note: you can only do this in 'Advanced user mode. Check if you are in this mode by clicking 'Edit' > 'Preferences' and selecting 'Advanced' at the bottom of the screen.) 3.
