My Jaguar X Type, purchased in September 2006, just 6 months old with 4,000 miles on the clock, virtually new. I had always aspired to become a Jaguar owner, the X-Type model allowed this to become a reality. More affordable than Jaguar’s traditional range and also with a Diesel Estate version a practical and economical family car. It’s superb to drive, the touring suspension set up gives a comfortable ride and with Jaguar’s Engineering developed suspension it also handles impeccably, you wouldn’t know you were driving an estate car unless you look in the rear view mirror. The 2 Litre Diesel is a really smooth, quiet and responsive engine too.
