Why not enjoy a break in the French countryside?

The Charente-Limousine border has so much to offer and our house is situated in the small rural village of St Christophe. It has 3 Bedrooms and can sleep up to six. There is a well set out Kitchen/ Diner, Living room, with 3 bedrooms upstairs & the shower room with toilet.

The Garden can be accessed via the Living room or the main hallway. Once outside you can enjoy dining outdoors on the pleasant covered patio or enjoy the lawn area big enough for the sun loungers and a game of Boules. The garden comes equipped with a Barbeque and here you can enjoy the sun late into the afternoon. The garden also benefits from a stone built outhouse so need to hurry indoors if you're caught short.

Upstairs the views across the French countryside are wonderful.

The master bedroom has a view across to the Church of St Christophe and the bells ring out every morning and evening. As for the other two bedrooms, one has twin beds and the other bunks. Both rooms are suitable for adults.

The shower room is small but functional. (All linen and towels are provided.)

The house is available all year round and benefits from electric heating.

Take break in the French countryside, a few days or a few weeks, a restful oasis of calm awaits you. But if you need a bit more excitement the towns of St Juniens, Bellac and Confolens (famous for its festival of dance & music), are easily reached.

A car will help you enjoy the surrounding area but not essential at all times as the roads are fairly safe and there are various cycle routes to enjoy.

There are lots of lakes in the area fishing and swimming being enjoyed at many, some of them also offer water sports.
