Bookings commence 1 month in advance of outings, contact Shirley Warner (01522 820980). Please book at least 2 weeks in advance if possible between 7:00p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Any member cancelling a booking for whatever reason during the 3 days immediately prior to an outing will be required to pay unless their seat(s) can be filled from the waiting list. If not, the member cancelling may try to find another member willing to take the booked seat(s). |
