Canon IP4500

The following information tells you what you need to do when Photoshop is managing the colours.  Canon provide specific profiles for their brand of papers.  In Photoshop Elements these will appear in the Print Space option box as follows:-

• Canon IP4500 Series GL2

• Canon IP4500 Series GL3

• Canon IP4500 Series MP2

• Canon IP4500 Series PR1

• Canon IP4500 Series PR2

• Canon IP4500 Series PR3

• Canon IP4500 Series SP2

• Canon IP4500 Series SP3

MP > Matte Paper

PR > Photo Paper Pro

SP > Photo Paper Plus Glossy

The numbers indicate the quality setting.  The higher the number the higher the quality.

This is the first Dialog window from which you need to select the Manual Colour/Intensity option and then click on Set. 

In the Colour Correction options choose None.  This stops the Printer Driver from managing the colours.  Leave all the other settings as they are.
