Very easy saunter up Meall nam Maigheach with Michael and Mary; round trip less than 2 hours; good views.. but the hill itself (or perhaps the route we took) isnt that good, Started beside the cairn at the col.

Cycled in up the Lairig Leacach, then the 2 Insses from the bridge, round trip around 4 hours though cycle in wasnt easy uphill

Great day out on Quinag - start of weeks holiday in Kylesku with Mary, Michael, Mum and Dad. Started 10.50, summit of Spidean 12.40, lunch, summit of pt 745 at 13.30, summit Sail Gorm 14.05, summit Sail Garbh 14.55, col at 15.15 back to car 16.00

Corbetts: Quinag - Spidean Coinich (764m), Quinag - Sail Gorm (776m), Quinag - Sail Gharbh (808m) (SMC Region 16 - Coigach to the Pentland Firth)

Looking back to Spidean Coinich from point 745. Ridge wasnt that bad.. minor bit of twisty scree descent to what looked like a narrow ridge. In reality no probs at all and looks worse than it is.

On the descent (we dropped East down to Loch a Choire Dheirg, then picked up path on North of Loch na Gainmhich. Nice view of Britains highest waterfall - Eas a Chuil Aluinn
