The Niggly Job Man business was formed in November 2003 with the aim of providing an affordable and responsive service to those who need it most and to fill a gap between "The Tradesmen" and "The Cowboys".
The Niggly Job Man is a Bexleyheath based business mainly serving South East London, Bromley & Dartford.
In the beginning we initially targeted a dozen or so local streets with high quality leaflets. Family and friends
assisted by giving personal recommendations. Over time, "word-of-mouth" has spread and our reputation is built on
trust, reliability, flexibility and giving an honest days work for an
honest days pay.
The Niggly Job Man has established a wide variety of customers, across
private residential houses, commercial businesses & shops and
"Care" homes. These include Peter James Estate Agents, Pollards,
Hummerstone & Hawkins, GPS, ROMAX, Bexley Womens Aid, the London
Borough of Greenwich, Bromley Autistic Trust, Leonard Cheshire Homes
and the British Red Cross.
The Niggly Job Man carries £1 million
public liability insurance and is police checked, both available for
inspection.

* does not charge hourly rates - price derived from the estimate
* will leave the site as clean (if not cleaner) than arrival
