About Us

Colji is a small kennel based in Worthing, owned by Colin Armstrong and Jim Hogg. Our dogs are our friends and share and enhance our lives. Jim is a teacher of computing and Colin a psychiatric nurse.

We became interested in Tibetans over five years ago when an adult student of Jim's introduced us to the breed. After much searching we eventually found Millie. She is a wonderful, sweet dog that lets you know exactly what she wants. After a few years we decided we loved the dogs so much that we would show and breed the dogs. The next dog we got was Jasper, a big personality in a small dog. We also kept Millie's first daughter Megan.

We are members of the Shoreham Ringcraft Club

We are members of the Tibetan Terrier Association and the Tibetan Terrier Breeder and Owners Club.

Protecting the breed is extremely important to us, and to ensure that we have genetically sound and healthy puppies, all our dogs are hip scored, and eye tested annually.
