Martyn is a quiet, diligent and motivated student, attained his black belt after training for four years. His timing is perfect and his techniques are explosive and consistent. He has won gold medal in his first ever tournament entered (Welsh Karate Federation Championship), and have capture numerous national titles in Kumite. A typical grafter with an eye on speed and power.
An excellent teacher, highly respected by his peers and a very popular instructor within his clubs and the Organisation. One of the pillars of Budokan Karate in Wales, and have produced junior brown and black belts of a high standard and calibre. A holder of the British Kick Boxing Championship title. He is a member of the Budokan national squad.
