Saturday 16th September there is a course in Rummney Community
Centre starting at 11.00am. This course is a self defence course and a
chance to explore a different style of Martial Art. The guest
instructor is an expert in Krav
Maga the martial art designed for use by the Israeli Special
forces.

Congratulations to Sensei Mike Tan for achieving the
Welsh Karate Federation Coaching Qualification at Level 2 A. This now
means Sensei Tan is qualified to assess other instructors.

Karare Budokan International is now affiliated for Seiwakai.
This affiliation
now gives KBI members in Wales an opportunity to compete in international
tournaments and participate in advance karate training with top
instructors from all over the world. |
