SUMMARY
The following list will give you an insight as to what to expect when commissioning your personalised Tudor Dolls House in 1/12 Scale.
1. All Houses come with 240 volt mains electrical supply through a 12 volt transformer located under
the stairs.
2. Each house comes fully illuminated with facilities for changing lamp units when so desired. Lights are controlled by external switches on each floor.
3. All rooms are illuminated with actual lighting cable concealed.
4. Each floor can be individually switched on or off.
5. Four removable working power points are provided in the skirting boards (customer’s choice of
position) all controlled by external switches.
6. Simulated lounge fire can be controlled separately.
7. Each floor is an ‘individual unit’ with its own accessible “Jack-plug” for electrical connections.
8. Stairs from ground floor are removable for ease of decorating.
9. The position of two oak panelled walls can be determined by the customer when ordering.
10. Each house comes with a brass geyser for bathroom and full ‘non-working’ cold water system from a tank in the loft with a ‘stopcock’ to the kitchen tap.
11. Dolls house built in three sections for ease of transportation.
12. All area’s of house are accessible.
13. Removable indicator walls in top floor for easy dusting and polishing of floors.
14. All Floors, except for the kitchen are waxed polished.
15. Genuine glass is used in all windows.
16. Each house comes with a choice of display base.
17. Roof compiled of 3,154 individual fitted wooden tiles.
18. Customer decides on interior and exterior colour schemes and positions of power points, lamp sockets, water taps etc.
19. Customer decides on name of house.
20. Removable chimney breast in the lounge for ease of decorating.
21. Each house is supplied with a maintenance pamphlet to assist you in caring for it.
22. Cost of basic house (as featured) £2600.
