Vista Bahia is a new luxury apartment complex built on a small hill next to the beach on the coast of Casares situated between the towns of Estepona and Sotogrande on the Costa del Sol, approximately 50 minutes from Malaga airport via the motorway.

Torremolinos, Sabinillas, Casares, Mijas, Fuengirola, Puerto Banus and Gibraltar are all within easy reach.

The Vista Bahia complex is a gated urbanisation of apartments with spacious terraces & stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean, tropical gardens and a communal swimming pool.

The beach at Casares is within walking distance (about 500 yards via the purpose built overpass) and there are a small number of bars & restaurants on and around the beach. The towns of Sabinillas, Duquesa and Estepona are only a short drive away and both towns have several bars and restaurants, as well as shops, to keep you occupied.

The modern apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with a small utility room adjacent to it where the washing machine & water heater are located, which can also be used as a drying area. There is a lounge/dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is en-suite. Finally, there is a terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing, relaxing or BBQs. There are spaces for car parking in close proximity to the apartment.

Apartment 102 is located on the first floor of block 6 at the Vista Bahia complex. It is within walking distance of the swimming pool and the entrance to the complex. Access to the beach is also very easy & a footbridge has been built as part of the construction of the complex to ensure that the main road can be crossed safely.
