TO ALL MEMBERS/PARENTS/GUARDIANS

1. Message from Carole Moss

At the end of this swimming year (July 05), the club will need to elect a new treasurer to take over from the present holder. The committee are keen to find someone as soon as possible to hold this office so that a smooth handover can occur. No previous book keeping skills are necessary as all systems and procedures are in place.

Responsibilities include:

The collecting and banking of membership/training fees (our membership secretary organises the sending out of fee letters)
The payment of bills
The recording of all transactions so that end of year accounts can be completed.
