Sometimes in our lives we can go through periods of stress, grief, exhaustion, or burn-out due to the increasingly hectic pace of modern living.
Retreats are becoming ever more popular as a way of taking time out to think things over in a relaxing and peaceful environment, allowing body, mind and spirit to heal, and re-energise.
“Serendipity” is a lovely old 1930’s Art Deco style house with charm and character, situated in a quiet residential street leading down to the seafront at Lee-on-Solent.
Over a week-end or two-day weekday retreat we offer the chance to rest, pamper yourself with a full body massage; head and shoulder massage; Reiki treatment; and the opportunity to have counselling or hypnotherapy, to enhance your life. Or to experience a Past Life Regression? The seafront is only a short walk away, or you could sit in the pleasant garden with a book from the extensive holistic library.
At present we only have bed and breakfast accommodation for single people, but just three houses along from us is a first class Bed and Breakfast (another of these distinctive Art Deco houses) which has won commendations from the local Tourist Board.
So if you are going through one of those tough periods in your life when you feel in need of having your batteries re-charged, then spending a couple of days here at Lee-on-Solent could be the perfect answer.
We are less than 2 hours from London; 40 minutes from the New Forest; 30 minutes from Southampton and 20 minutes from Portsmouth. Our nearest railway stations are Fareham (15 minutes drive away); Southampton (Eastleigh airport) (25 minutes away); and Portsmouth (20 minutes away); The Isle of Wight is only a short swim away ………
Reiki attunements to Level 1 or 2 can be incorporated if requested, complete with Manual and Certificate.
