Maison Vanille

Maison Vanille is a beautifully restored Maison Vigneronne situated in the village of Servian in South-western France. It has four double

bedrooms and three bathrooms and can

accommodate eight people in great comfort over its 300 square metres of living space and two large sun terraces .There is parking for four cars and a huge shady courtyard garden complete with a boules court.

The entire house was extensively renovated in 2005 in a contemporary style.

The open plan Kitchen/dining/ lounge area is fully equipped with Oven/hob and a dishwasher. There is a CD player, a Video and DVD player.

For cooler months there is individual heating to all rooms and a wood burner in the lounge.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both of which open out onto the rear terrace, one has an en suite bathroom with a roll top bath. There is also a large shower room/toilet on this floor which is equipped with a washing machine. There is wireless internet available.

On the second floor there are two double bedrooms both with a balcony and a bathroom with a bath/shower and WC. The rear of the house has a large terrace with steps down into the rear courtyard garden. The terrace is fully furnished with a large table and chairs and a sun umbrella for alfresco dining. There are also loungers, deckchairs and a gas barbeque in the garden.

In the courtyard there is a hammock as well as lots of shady areas to sit and read or simply chill out. There is an under- terrace dining area too. There are four Mountain bikes for your use if you feel energetic!

May Bank holiday week 2009 @ £475

July and August 2009 @ £775 per single week

Or £725 per week for a two- week booking.

A deposit of £250 will be required on reservation, the balance 8 weeks before your holiday.

A returnable security deposit of £250 will also be required when you receive the keys.

Includes linen and towels ( not beach towels).

We regret we cannot accommodate children

under 10 years old.
