Starters

  • A Tomato and Basil Soup

    • A light tomato soup, garnished with melting cheese croutons. Served with a bread roll and butter.

  • B Heathland Festive PAté

    • A medium coarse paté of Heathland game topped with a spiced pear chutney. Served with toast and butter.

  • C Prawn Cocktail

    • Tiger Prawns in iceberg lettuce cups with Marie Rose sauce.

  • D Creamy Garlic Mushrooms

    • Whole button Mushroons pan-fried in garlic, finished with cream and herbs. Served with toasted croutons.

    Main Courses
    All main courses are served with a selection of potatoes and seasonal vegetables from their carvery.

  • E Roast Turkey, Beef or Gammon

    • Hand carved by their chefs. Served with stuffing and a Yorkshire pudding.

  • F Red Snapper with Orange and Chilli

    • Delicately grilled red snapper fillet served with an orange and chilli sauce.

  • G Parsnip and Cranberry roast

    • Spiced parsnip, carrot, onion, spinach, mushroom and potato,finished with cranberries and mixed nuts, topped with creamy goat's cheese.

    Desserts

  • H Christmas Pudding

    • Served with brandy sauce.

  • J Baked Cheesecake with Red and Black fruits

    • A slice of baked vanilla cheesecake with a rich compote of blackcurrants and redcurrants.

  • K Chocolate Pear Tart

    • A sweet shortcrust pastry base with pear slices and roasted almonds baked in a rich satin chocolate sponge, served warm with vanilla ice cream.

  • L Limoncello Soufflé

    • A delicious light combination of sharp lemon, fresh cream, crushed meringue and vodka. Decorated with a Cape gooseberry and served with sugar curl wafers.
