Greetings from the Kettering & District Amateur Radio Society.

We are a friendly group of licensed Amateurs, SWLs and CBers who will make you feel really welcome when you visit us. Our members have knowedge in many different aspects of the hobby so if you need nurturing or simply some friendly advice then feel free to contact us.

Of course problem solving is just one of our many specialities. We offer training in the Foundation, Intermediate and Full licenses and so far have acheived a great success rate - this is simply down to tailored tution - theres no pushing and we'll only enter you for the examination when you feel you're ready. We have a dedicated shack thats open for all to use, or maybe join us for a friendly chat and a cup of tea in our meeting room.

We also have a permanent NOV (callsign GB2HAM) for the historic Carpetbaggers Museum which is on the same site as the club premises. There are ample parking facilities so why not come and visit us soon - we meet on Tuesdays from 7:00pm and on Sundays from 10:00am at:

Harrington Aviation Museum,
Sunnyvale Farm, off Lamport Road,
Harrington, Northampton,

Membership of the society is 20 per annum (May-May) and a 1 sub per week when visiting (this covers both Tuesday and Sunday visits).
