| Pyramid Acro Gymnastics Club is based at Harvey Hadden sports centre in Nottingham. | |
| Regular training sessions are held at the following times: | |
| Wednesdays | 18:30 - 20:00 |
| Thursdays | 17:30 - 19:00 or 18:30 - 20:00 |
| Saturdays | 10:00 - 14:00 |
| In addition, advanced & county squad training sessions are held at the East Midlands Gymnastics Centre (Rushcliffe) on Sundays from 13:30 - 15:30 and 14:30 - 17:30 | |
