| To avoid frequent cancellations, we are moving our Saturday sessions to Clifton (same times). There will be some beginners trials for 5-7 year olds held after Xmas - more details to follow. The sessions at Harvey Hadden on Wednesdays and Thursdays remain as before. | |||||||||||||||||||

We have 3 coaches taking their Club Coach Exams just before Xmas so we wish them good luck. Also, two of our judges have recently attended their upgrade course to become regional Judges – exams are in January 07 |

To raise funds for the club a Race Night is being held at Harvey
Hadden Stadium. Tickets cost £3.00 and this includes an entry into a prize raffle, so a very reasonable cost for a
nights entertainment. For those of you who are wondering what’s involved. Horse races are projected on a big screen
and the audience place bets on their favourites. Because this involves gambling, children will not be allowed, but a
lovely excuse to arrange a babysitter or a night at the grandparents for the children, and treat yourself to a night
out that promises to be quite different. Funds raised will go towards the cost of replacement crash mats which we
desperately need, so we hope to see lots of you there. Please contact either Jane Singleton or Louise Roberts |

| The nationals are being held on the weekend of 29th/30th May at Fenton Manor, Stoke-on-Trent. Please come along to support the club - we've got some very strong entrants this year and they need your encouragement! Note that the Saturday session the weekend before the nationals is cancelled, but we will try to make alternative arrangements for the finalists. | |||||||||||||||||||

| Regional Prelims |

| Regional prelims are on Sunday 1st Feb at Rushcliffe. Doors open at 8:30. Due to the high entry fees, we're asking for a £7 contribution from each gymnast. If you have Pyramid tracksuits etc. please wear them. Leotards will be given out on the day. There's a special training session at Rushcliffe on Sunday 25th Jan for anyone competing. Good luck everyone - let's get as many of you as possible through to the Nationals! | |||||||||||||||||||

| There will be a committee meeting on Saturday June 21st at 1.30 pm at
Harvey Hadden. We need lots of ideas to raise much needed funds for the club. It will also give us a chance to
discuss the competition next month. Please remember that as parents of the gymnasts, you are automatically a member
of the committee and it provides an ideal opportunity to raise and discuss any issues you may have. If you're unable to attend, but have ideas of suggestions that you wish to raise, please contact Debbie (phone number on the slips handed out at club), or mail debbie@pyramidacro.org.uk, or leave a note on the message board.
