Reception 1 | Coaches, please book in at reception 1 and submit the ‘changes form’ before the competition begins. |
Reception 2 | All users of video/camera equipment (including camera phones) must book in at Reception number 2. |

| FACILITIES: | |
| Swimming pool | Worksop College will open their indoor pool from 08:30hrs to 13:30hrs Sunday 03 Oct 04. |
| School Grounds | The school is located in beautiful settings but it is requested that children must not leave the sports hall without adult supervision. |
| Extra Toilets | A number of extra toilets are located at the swimming pool (swimming pool is located next to the sports hall). Disabled toilets are located in the sports hall. |
Car Parking | Please park in the large, hard standing, car park located near the main college gates. Several CCTV cameras overlook the car park. Please follow the road markings and avoid driving against the road markings. |
Cafe
| There is not a formal Bar or Café at the sports hall. However, snacks and drinks will be available. Officials Lunch will be served in the Great Hall at 12:45pm |
Trophy Presentations | Formal trophy presentations will occur at 12:30pm and 15:00pm (Approx). |
Safety: Fire Exits | Please take a few moments to familiarise yourself with the fire exits. There is a fire exit at each corner. |
Photography | All users of cameras must ensure that the FLASH option is turned off. If you intend to use camera equipment, please register at reception No 2. |
| First Aid | Members of The Red Cross will attend today to take care of any minor or major injuries; please do not impede their treatment. |
| Security | Please do not leave bags/CD Players/cameras or personnel items of clothing unattended. The Competition Committee will not be held responsible for the loss of any items |
| Mobile Phones | Please note that mobile phones do not work from inside the Sports Hall. However, we still request that, during the competition you ensure that your phone is switched off. |
