Judging - form deductions

These diagrams are from the current (2005-2008) code of points.  Notice that the expected shapes are tighter than the previous standard. 
Also note the crossed arms are not allowed for twisting summies.  Deductions for travel have been interpreted as 0.0= up to 0.5m, 0.1 up to 1.0m, 0.2 over 1.0m.   Once you get over 2m (end-to-end), you've just about lost control & form anyway, so that makes for up to 0.5 deduction.
