This stuff is just to make sure you realise that the information put onto our site is written in good faith and to the best of our ability, but that we cannot be held accountable for any losses you may incur as a result of errors in the information. In particular, the Web author is a club coach (level 3). In all cases, your own coach is the person in charge of your safety, so his / her advice is what matters. So if you break a leg trying to do something you've read about here, it's not our fault!
Also, please do not copy and distribute any photographs, images and content you may find here without asking first - we do take child protection seriously and also want to protect the hard work that's gone into the site design. If you do want to copy a set of results for example though, just drop us an email - we won't normally object and it's nice to know someone finds what we're doing is helpful. Also, a lot of the information on here is public knowledge anyway, so we can't really object to people copying the lists of routines etc.
