Set Routines 2007

Some of these routines have a video to help you visualize them.  These are not intended to be 'model routines', but are representative of the standard you might expect in a typical grading competition.  These routines are valid until September 2008.  From October 2008, the new competition structure is being adopted, with different grading and routines.  These can be seen here.

10 different skills to include:
9 with minimum 270° somersault rotation
1. One element to front or back
2. One element from front or back in conjunction with (1)
3. One double somersault (front or back) with/without twist
4. One element with minimum 540° twist

Note, elements cannot be combined to fulfil requirements 1-4.
 
Ladies, Mens As per FIG World "A":
10 different skills each with a minimum 270° somersault rotation
Two of the elements must have a combined minimum difficulty of 2.3
The difficulty for these two elements will be added to the execution score
Both of these elements must be asterisked on the performer's tariff sheet
Neither of these elements should be repeated in the voluntary routine, or the performer will lose the difficulty score for them.

 

CHANGES from 2005:

 Grades 6 - 3 now have U17 & 17+ instead of the U18 & 18+ age groups

Grades 2, 1 have U17, 17+, 19 & 19+ age groups
U15 Grade 3 routine changed considerably

U17/17+ Grade 3 is more elective, with minimum required elements

Note also the following revised tariff limits for vols:
