Sound Ltd. I am a freelance sound recordist with many years experience working
on all genres of programmes and specialise in providing location sound for
documentaries, drama documentaries and factual programmes – please follow the

Recent purchases
include a Sound Devices 744T hard disc recorder for file based recordings –
rushes can be delivered on a CD, DVD, CF card or transferred to an external
hard drive. Your choice! I also have a DAT machine and a minidisc recorder if
you need them.

Being based in
Guildford (the South East of the UK) gives easy access to London, the M25 and
all the major airports. All regular jobs in central London can be serviced with
the kit carried on a motorbike thus keeping car parking and congestion charges
down.
I have all the
necessary cabling and kit to work with radio links to the camera - the backup
sound can be recorded onto the format of your choice. The advantages are many –
flexibility to roam free from the camera and, more importantly, no hazardous
cable trailing across the floor.
Transcription cassettes
can be made with or without timecode (please consult your transcriber) and
anything else you require can be hired in at short notice – one telephone call
and we can sort it out.
