This winter I have decided to make my retirement complete and so Country Lady Nursery will no longer be trading and won’t be returning to Lichfield Farmer’s Market. May I express my appreciation for your support and custom over the last twelve years at the nursery and latterly at the Farmers’ Markets. It has all been a thoroughly enjoyable experience for me, despite the long hours cultivating and nurturing my plants, and has given me the opportunity to meet many new friends with a shared interest. I intend to continue my support for the National Gardens Scheme for the foreseeable future and so Lilac Cottage garden will be open on two dates in 2007 when I will have a range of plants for sale, with 10% of the proceeds going to the ngs charities.
