Jeggo Identity Parade 4

Six more photographs from Gill Law's collection.  Gill is Julia Jeggo's great-grand-daughter, and these photos all come from a Victorian style album that Gill has always presumed was Julia's.  Can anyone out there identify any of these?

15.  Unidentified This is a long shot. Might the mother be one of Julia's Bournemouth cousins, Mary Elizabeth Dacombe or Emma Beatrice Weaver (assuming that Fanny Maria Rose, who did not marry, had no child)?

19.  Unidentified There is a rubber-stamped photographers name on the back: 'Chas. De Vipond, 4 West Street, Congleton'. (Searching the University of Leicester's http://www.historicaldirectories.org/ for 'Vipond' draws a blank for Kelly's Directory of Cheshire for 1896 and 1914.)
