Massage is time for you to 'recharge your batteries', helping you to enjoy life.  Not only relieving pain and aiding recovery, massage can also restore your spirit - the relaxation and nurturing gained can mean more energy and zest for life. Massage has accumulative affects on our health, so most benefit is gained from regular treatment, boosting the immune system it can also help prevent illness.

Touch for life values the beautiful planet that we live on, so offers products and services that are as gentle as possible on our earth.

This means that we source organic or sustainably sourced materials where possible.  We also now use solar thermal energy to preheat the water needed for all the washing.
