‘N M’ stands for ‘Nurturing Massage’.

Some types of massage are not suitable for people that may have sensitivity to pressure, are unwell, or recovering from operations. ‘N M’ is safe and appropriate for the elderly or chronically ill – it is gentle, yet can be very effective for pain relief, low feelings, stress relief, anxiety and sleeping difficulties; enhancing the quality of life for anyone in need of a caring touch.

Key Benefits

This method of touch can have a measurable therapeutic effect on:

bullet Fear
bullet Anxiety
bullet Grief
bullet Anger
bullet Chronic Pain
bullet Depression

What are the side effects and when should it be avoided?

Experience

Rosie has gained experience over the years, working with the elderly particularly - whilst also doing voluntary work for a clinic for a number of years in Southbourne. Rosie is currently providing voluntary massage & aromatherapy services at a local hospice.

All the other trainings attended, including the 'M Technique' in Spring 2008 and 'Clinical Aromatherapy' in March 2009 have combined to create the unique experience that is behind 'N M'.
