Copyright rests soley with the author. Buying (and/ or downloading) the Planner implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and entitles the user to one concurrent installation of the planner only. You may make as many back-ups as you feel necessary, and return to download the planner as many times as you need to maintain your single installation.
The planner is sold on an "as is" and “at your own risk” basis. There is no technical support offered with the Planner. Users are refered to the on-line Quick Start Guide.
The Planner comes with without warranty of any kind including, but not limited to, warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event will
the author be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or
consequential damages, including damages for loss of profits, loss or inaccuracy of data, incurred by any person from such
person's usage of this application.
You may not sell this Paperless Planner or redistribute it in any way. You may not (however achieved) use more than one trial period sequentially.
Oxdirect will not share you email details with any other third parties, however you agree to recieve periodic emails from Oxdirect. (This won't be onerus -
currently the newsletter frequency is less than 3 times a year.)
The Oxdirect site is dependent on SkyMarket, ntl:, No-ip, PeakHardware, and Microsoft for its existence. If you have any problems with the site, please e-mail web_master@oxdirect.co.uk
