Due to the feeble nature of the battery, the Zaurus is in my opinion impractical for day-to-day use,
I have therefore concentrated on the p800 as my PIM workhorse, most of my development efforts are now centred on this platform (Symbian)

Just a quick page to share gputils compiled for the zaurus It works very well with the AppII this product is well worth purchasing, Mr Williams is most helpful and deserves your support! The Zaurus can be used to program the AppII AND view the output of the program at run time. Pictured here the AppII is connected to an ultra sonic range finder, range data can be viewed on the Zaurus terminal. The code for the range finder was developed on the Zaurus. uC development in the field! Here is an example script which sends line at a time, the Zaurus is too quick! :) |
