A delightful villa on a beautiful hillside private estate with wonderful views across the hills. The villa is situated opposite the swimming pool (with adjoining children’s pool and a tennis court). There is a friendly bar and a highly regarded restaurant by the pool.

The local town of Sao Bras is just 3 minutes drive away with all shopping facilities, including restaurants, supermarkets, banks, etc. Faro and the nearest sandy beaches are only a 25 minute drive away. Sao Bras is the historical crossroads town linking the capital Lisbon, the port of Faro, and the fishing villages of Olhao and Tavira. To the west is the old market town of Loule. The Spanish border is now linked by auto estrada making Seville accessible in under 2 hours by car.

Also within a half hour drive away sporting interests are well catered for with world class golf courses such as Vilamoura. Two waterparks for families are close by the golf facilities.

Accommodation The ground floor has a split level air-conditioned lounge/diner with satellite TV. Patio doors lead onto a sunny terrace with garden furniture, ideal for al fresco eating. There is a fully equipped new kitchen including fridge/freezer, microwave oven and washing machine. A secure covered storage/drying area leads off the kitchen. Separate WC. Stairs lead down to 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded with separate bathroom.
