Plymouth born defender who grew up in Stafford and was signed on schoolboy forms by Stoke City. Moved to Port Vale, making his first team debut in October 2001. Joined the Boro' in the summer of 2002, before switching to Hednesford Town. Returned to Marston Road at the end of the 04/05 season
