Chelynnah Photography combines Nick's love of photography and our mutual love of showing, We started in October of 2005 at the South Yorkshire Whippet Club where Nick had been asked to take the official Best in Show photos. At the request of a few of the exhibitors we also took some photos in the ring and some outdoor stacked photos, and it all kind of evolved from there.
During the following year we took a few commissions when Nick was able to be at shows. In October 2006 Nick was the Official Photographer for the whole show for the South Yorkshire Whippet Club, and his photos of the all first place dogs/bitches from each class and BIS were published in the international publication The Sighthound Magazine. We have been invited by the editor to submit any future photos we may feel are printworthy.
If Nick is unavailable then Wendy will fill in where possible. We are not limited to photographing whippets, though the majority of our subjects are whippets so far. We also enjoy not just the 'show' shots, but the candids as well.
