I live in Sawbridgeworth, East Hertfordshire. I provide private tuition in Mathematics at GCSE, AS Level and A2 level. I have been working as a professional tutor since 2004 and I am familiar with the various examination bodies, such as Edexcel and OCR (including MEI), and their specifications for the various Mathematics modules.

I graduated with a 1st class honours degree in Mathematics from Cambridge University (Selwyn College), then spent 29 years in the I.T. industry, during which I was formally trained and worked as a coach, helping junior members of staff to grow and fulfil their full potential.

I was engaged as a governor at a secondary school in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire for 9 years. My governor responsibilities included curriculum management. I have taken part in classes and helped pupils with learning difficulties.

When tutoring, I normally visit students' homes. However I can offer tuition at my own home, if desired. I am available during the day, after school and at weekends - to suit the client's preferences. I can provide details of fees and available time slots on request. I have a clean CRB check (available on request).
