Spring 2003, and locomotive haulage returns to the North Wales Coast with a vengeannce, if only for six weeks, as three passenger diagrams for Class 47/7 diesels hired from EWS are implemented to cover for a modification programme which it is hoped will increase the reliability of the Class 175 trains.
