Prices and booking conditions While every event is different, below is a rough guide to how much you would pay for our various offerings. We may also offer a discount for 'off season' bookings or a series of bookings during the same week or at the same venue. Please scroll down for more details. Prices These prices are quoted for one performer/workshop leader. Circus Workshops First day - £200 Subsequent days - £175 Half days - £150 Circus Performances Walkabout performances - from £150 per appearance, £250 for a full day Juggling shows - from £150 per appearance Larger scale shows & fire shows - Call for details Facepainting From £120 per day (or a negotiable split of takings if the facepainter is collecting per face) Prices do not include travel costs which will be charged for any event outside a 30-mile round trip from Cambridge, UK. Payment conditions Payment may be made on the day by cheque or cash (which we prefer!), or within 14 days of the invoice date by cheque or BACS (electronic bank transfer). Booking conditions A booking can be made by email, fax or letter or contact us for a booking form. Please supply details of the following: The venue address, times of the event and any other details of the event (i.e. the occasion) A contact name and number for the day of the event Any special conditions or other information we might need to know! If a booking is cancelled a cancellation charge will be levied as follows: Within one month of the event: 25% of the full fee Within two weeks of the event: 50% of the full fee Within one week of the event: 100% of the full fee Weather and adverse conditions We will turn up to your event and endeavour to perform or run workshops to the very best of our ability or provide a suitable alternative. Obviously in some cases (especially due to weather) it may be difficult to carry out exactly what was agreed for health and safety reasons - for example, stiltwalking on a very slippery surface may be dangerous not just for us, but for your audience. In these cases where circumstances are beyond our control we would still expect full payment of any fee. Insurance We hold public liability insurance to a value of £2,000,000 for our workshops and performances. Copies of this are available on request.
