Directions :

From the M4: On reaching Pont Abraham Services at the end of the M4 follow the signs for Carmarthen (A48). 16 miles later you will enter Carmarthen on a roundabout at the end of the dual-carriageway. Take the third exit off and stay in the nearside lane (watch out for filter lanes on your left as you come off the roundabout). Continue for a couple of hundred yards until you come to the next roundabout, take the second exit which will go down an incline and bend to you left. Carry on for about 200 yards, the judo club is on your left.

From the A40 (North): On the outskirts of Carmarthen (Abergwili) you will encounter a roundabout, take the second exit (This is part of the new bypass but be wary this part is two way and NOT a dual-carriageway). Carry on until the next roundabout and take the first exit ~ this IS the dual-carriageway ~ proceed to the next roundabout, take the fourth exit, the road will go down an incline and bend to your left. Carry on for about 200 yards, the judo club is on your left.

From the A40 (West): On entering Carmarthen from the dual carriageway take the second exit at your first roundabout. Continue for some 400 yards and at the next roundabout take the slip road off to the left (or the first left if you miss the slip road). Be very careful of this slip road as you enter the dual carriageway ahead. Continue for a couple of hundred yards until you come to the next roundabout, take the second exit which will go down an incline and bend to you left. Carry on for about 200 yards, the judo club is on your left.

From the A485: On reaching Carmarthen you will reach a roundabout which is part of the new bypass, take the first exit. Continue along this dual carriageway from some 400 yards until the next roundabout, take the second exit. Carry on until you reach the next roundabout, take the fourth exit, the road will go down an incline and bend to your left. Carry on for about 200 yards, the judo club is on your left.

From the A484: Enter Carmarthen and continue until the first roundabout, take the first exit having passed the West Wales General Hospital on your right. Continue until the next roundabout, take the second exit. Continue along the dual carriageway for some 400 yards until the next roundabout, take the second exit. Carry on until you reach the next roundabout, take the fourth exit, the road will go down an incline and bend to your left. Carry on for about 200 yards, the judo club is on your left.
