The missing house
Between number 5 and number 7 there is a gap. It is currently filled by the garage and garden of number 5, and the garage of number 7. No house has ever stood there, but a hothouse that pre-dates York Villas is known to have existed on the site until at least 1895, and possibly until the 1950s.
