I am but a beginner in this art of wine making. I have made many wines from kits which though tasting good don't give the same satisfaction as making your very own wine from whatever you can find naturally in your area or can buy cheaply at the supermarket.
My first attempt at a country wine was the elderberry I made last year from CJJ Berry's "First Steps in Winemaking" and I have to say even at 6 months old, it tasted so much better than any kit possibly could!
So I have started this web page to chart my progress in winemaking and give everyone the results of my experimenting because I have decided that, as long as the end result will not be harmful, I am willing to ferment anything!!
So below are the links to the various wines I have tried or am currently trying. It will be updated regularly as things progress!
