Adorior

Adorior

Born from the very motherfucking cunt of metal [as the biog reads] in 1994 . The band released the 'Beyond the Distant Blue' demo in '96 which quickly gained them a deal with Norwegian label, Head not Found.
The music is a sadistic, coarse display of violent Black Metal with a Deathly vein made all the more unique through the vocals of Melissa. Having a female vocalist in such a male dominated scene is unusual but the ears are none the less lacerated after the experience. The track featured here is taken from the 1998 album 'Like Cutting the Sleeping' released on the Head Not Found Label. The music has a very Norwegian feel to its cold guitar chords and raw production. The band are still active with a line up consisting of, Melissa [jaded fucking lungs], Chris [stukabomber bass], Tony [666 string slut sodomizer], Mark [pounding thunder raper] and Matt [7 string bitch splitter]. With names like that you can be sure of some gut shredding aural chaos.

Hecate Enthroned

Hecate Enthroned

Formed in 1993 under the name of Daemonum soon to be replaced with Hecate Enthroned in '95 prior to the release of the 'An Ode for a Haunted Wood' demo which led to a deal with Plastic Head sub label Blackened in '97. The demo was revamped as the 'Upon Promeathean Shores' mcd and in '97 the debut album 'The Slaughter of Innocence' was released. Sounding similar to Cradle of Filth didn't help the bands progression even though the music was equal in quality and presentation. The second album 'Dark Requiems' was released in '97 and the song from that release ''Upon the Kingdom Throne' is featured here. With a new vocalist in Dead Seddon, the band released their fourth album 'Kings of Chaos' in '99 and aired a more Deathly influence to the Black arrangements.
