It states:- Last Tuesday, Mr. George Pears of Hexham married Miss Barbara Jackson of the same place.
IGI and Hexham Parish Register, both have the marriage of Barbara Fewster to George Pears on 26 March 1771.
It is almost a certainty that Jackson fits in here somewhere because the first born son was Jackson Pears.
I am inclined to believe the maiden name of Barbara, is Fewster Jackson. Possibly Jackson Fewster?
