Good evening,
Thank you very much for your site. It is very informative and extremely well done. I am originally from Québec City, in the province of Québec, Canada (the french part of the country).
My great great grandfather, James Carmichael, came to Canada, from Ireland during the Great Famine.
Thank you again,
Maryse Carmichael

My mother was a Carmichael and I have been researching the name for sometime. I have my ancestors back as far as the late 1600's and coming from England. I would love more information on them if anyone has it.

I am trying to help my father, Dennis Carmichael look for our ancestors. I have come up with quite a few names but know nothing of them, or if we are related to them. The last known relatives we know for sure of are William Achilles and Sara (Sarah) Carmichael, Starling Carmichael, and Archibald Carmichael.
Any help that can be given would be great. If you need to know dates or anything else to try and help, please E-Mail me. I would appreciate any help that can be given. Thank you.

Hi all! Jimmy, the changes you've made look great! My grt-grt-grandmother was Martha Jane Carmichael, granddaughter of Starling and grt-granddaughter of Archibald. I'd like to know more about Starling's other children and their families. I have a website, also, though not nearly as great as this one! It's called Back Home in Indiana. Would love to hear from other family members!!

The Carmichael clan is probably the most interesting that I have ever heard or seen before. I am very proud to be a clansman. I love you guys. I just wish I could go to Scotland in 2000, but have to take the good with the bad.

P.S. The Carmichaels are much better than the Beasleys.
-Tony
