Los Soles E60 Booking Conditions

Our house is family owned and rented out to people who wish to enjoy its many benefits. By paying your deposit you agree to use it in a safe, secure and considerate manner. Out of consideration for all guests we request that there is no smoking in the house. The following conditions apply to your booking.

Deposit

A £50 deposit per week is required to confirm your booking. This should be paid within 5 working days of your booking being accepted. If the deposit is not forthcoming within this time we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Balance

The balance of your payment is required 8 weeks before your arrival date. We will invoice you at approximately 10 weeks as a reminder. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of your arrival payment in full will be required at the time of booking.

Security deposit

A security deposit of £100 is required in addition to your balance payment. This will be returned within 1 week of your departure.  Deductions from the deposit will be made for minor breakages and lost keys. If there is major damage the total deposit will be forfeit. A deduction will also be made if, in the opinion of our management company, the house has been left in a very untidy state, which requires additional cleaning.  We would therefore ask that briefly before you leave you tidy and wash any dishes.

Cancellation by you

More than 8 weeks notice.

50% of your deposit will be returned. Return of the security deposit.

Less than 8 weeks notice.

Return of the security deposit. We therefore advise that you have sufficient insurance to cover you against cancellation for unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. This is only likely to happen if the house has been made uninhabitable for any reason. In such circumstances we will offer a full refund or move your booking to another mutually agreeable date. Should you still wish to travel on the booked dates we will endeavor to find you suitable accommodation and offer a full refund. We can offer no guarantee that suitable accommodation will be available.

Our liabilities

We will not be liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, war, threat of war, civil action, strike, natural disaster and adverse weather.

We will not be liable for any disruption of local services, taxis, buses, water, and electricity.

We will not be liable for any disruption or delay to your travel arrangements.

In the unlikely event of theft or damage to your property we will not be held responsible.

We advise you have suitable and sufficient travel insurance.

Bedding & towels

All bedding and towels are provided for use inside the house. We request that you bring towels for use at the pool or on the beach. A deduction will be made from the security deposit if this is not the case.

Check in & check out

Normal check in time will be 2PM. Normal check out time will be 10AM. This can be varied at the discretion of our management company, please confirm before travel.
